We found the best house ever!

As we were driving home from Target tonight, we drove by this house!!!!!!! I'm pretty sure each of you know what this picture means...The Christmas Story!!! Isn't this awesome!!

Thanksgiving #2

Yesterday we had a wonderful thanksgiving!! Riley had a blast hanging out with everyone, especially her cousins. We went to my grandma's house for some family time and turkey! We did a fun little photoshoot with the kiddos. Afterwards we met up with Markys fam for a fun night of bowling!!!

And both babies each had some nice Great-Grandma time :)

We also received the greatest gift...the stockings that Aunt Barb had made with her precious hands. Riley and Isaiah will have these special stockings for the rest of their lives....just wish Barb would have been able to see them hanging in both of our homes.


oh, Eddie and Sally-Isaiah told me since his stocking is quite large, he wants that stocking fully stuffed to the seams each year....good luck! :)

We are so thankful this year...thankful that the Lord has blessed us with a sweet daughter that is so full of JOY, thankful for our almost 3 years of marriage, and all the lessons we've learned. Thankful for our families and what an impact each of them have on our lives...if it weren't for our families, i don't know where we'd be. Thankful for each and every one of our friends, new and old. Thankful for having jobs, our health, and lastly, most importantly, thankful for life itself. The Lord has fully blessed us so much this year!

This weekend we celebrated Thanksgiving with the Pesce's! Here's a few pictures as we hung out outside...and as Riley tried on her new jacket. Ü

Playdate!

This week Riley had a playdate with Derek. It was so fun! They played so well together...except for the time that Riley slammed the fisher price 'front door' in Derek's face! Thanks Derek for letting Riley drool and chew on all your fun toys! :)

happy 10 months!

Today Riley is 10 months!! She claps, waves, gives kisses, plays peek a boo, loves to read on her own and turn the pages, says a few words, loves food, loves to pull out her bow, she's afraid of the vacuum, and is becoming little miss independent!
But ultimately, she is such a joy, she's a little lover, and we just fall even more in love with her every day!

Riley's been waking up every night now for the past week! i know its the teeth coming in...but does anyone have any ideas how to fix this??? im open to anything :)

San Diego

So we've been on 'vacation' this week...Vacationing at home. Since we are low on money, we didnt go anywhere. Instead we re-connected with some old friends, and enjoyed our days of just being together. One day we went to San Diego! We drove down to San Diego, spent some time walking around La Jolla Shores, then cruised around Old Town San Diego. Here are some pictures...a lot of pictures.
